Master in Business Administration in the area of Finance and Management Control (COPPEAD – UFRJ), graduated in Law (L.L.B) and Economics (B.A) (Haifa University – Israel). Vast experience in Business Management, Corporate and Business Solutions. Specialist in Corporate Finance, Valuations, M&A, Financial Planning and Projections, Budget Control, Corporate Reorganization and Financial Modeling.

Jack Haber
Graduated in Computer Engineering and MBA in Corporate Logistics (FGV-RJ), has a PMP certificate (Project Management Professional) from the PMI (Project Management Institute). Has 20 years of experience in leadership positions in various companies of diverse market segments. Specialized in process mapping and optimization and in implementing systems dedicated to corporate management and logistics such as: WMS, TMS and ERP. Participated in numerous projects focused on financial restructuring and company recuperation.
