What does P1P do?
P1P is a consulting firm based in Rio de Janeiro, founded in 2006. It organizes companies' financial management, turns their data into reliable KPIs (BI) and leads the implementation of improvements and systems. Every engagement has its scope, deliverables and completion criteria defined before it starts.
What company sizes and industries does P1P work with?
Companies in any industry. What decides the fit is how complex the operation is: several units, inventory, projects, a high volume of transactions or decisions that depend on more reliable numbers.
Can I hire just one service?
Yes. Each practice is hired on its own: only financial BPO, only a BI project or only support for an implementation. They connect when that helps management.
Does P1P work outside Rio de Janeiro?
Yes. P1P is based in Rio de Janeiro and serves companies in any city in Brazil and abroad, with no geographic limits. Work is done remotely, with video meetings and secure access to the company's systems. In Rio de Janeiro, we also work on site when the project calls for it.
