A method you follow from start to finish.
Every engagement starts with clarity about what will be delivered and how we will know it is finished. You always know which stage you are in and what comes next.

Three ways to engage P1P
Fixed project
Scope, timeline and investment defined upfront. Best for BI, valuation, restructuring and implementation.
Monthly service
An ongoing service with a monthly fee, such as financial BPO and managed BI.
Hours with a cap
On-demand work with a monthly limit, such as CFO as a Service.
About the way we work
What does a P1P proposal look like?
A written proposal with our understanding of the situation, the scope, the deliverables, each side's responsibilities, what is not included, the completion criteria, the fees and the terms of engagement.
What engagement models are available?
A fixed-scope project with a set timeline, a monthly recurring service (such as financial BPO) or hours with a monthly cap (such as CFO as a Service). The model is chosen based on the type of work.
How does P1P handle my company's data?
Data is used only for the contracted work, by the people who need it, with security and confidentiality measures set out in the contract, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018, LGPD).
What does P1P need from me during the work?
Access to the necessary data and systems, a point of contact to validate rules and assumptions, and leadership decisions at the agreed moments.
Shall we talk about your situation?
Tell us in a few lines what is holding back your management. We reply with the next steps and, if it makes sense, a proposal with scope, deliverables and completion criteria.
