The team has not adopted it
Parallel spreadsheet processes still exist after go-live.
From system selection to stable operations

About systems implementation
How do you choose an ERP?
By starting with the processes, not the system. First you define what the operation needs, then you compare vendors using the same criteria, including total cost, timeline and support. P1P runs this process on your company's side.
Why are ERP implementations late?
The most common reasons are a poorly defined scope, no project owner on the company side, disorganized master data and rushed testing. A PMO with milestones and completion criteria reduces these risks.
What is an implementation PMO?
It is the management of the implementation project: schedule, owners, risks, follow-up meetings and reporting to the executive team. P1P takes on this role and acts as the link between the company and the system vendor.
Does P1P sell systems?
P1P does not resell systems. It works on the client's side, in selection and implementation, with no commitment to a specific vendor. In financial BPO, the operation runs on Nibo, inside the P1P BPO environment.
What is GO/NO-GO?
It is the formal decision, before putting the system into production, that it is ready. It is based on criteria agreed in advance, such as reconciled master data, checked balances and tested integrations.
Shall we talk about your situation?
Tell us in a few lines what is holding back your management. We reply with the next steps and, if it makes sense, a proposal with scope, deliverables and completion criteria.
