Financial BPO · P1P + Nibo
Financial decisions cannot depend on day-to-day operations.
When finance runs on spreadsheets and manual processes, information arrives late and problems only show up at the monthly close. P1P handles the operation so you have the time and the numbers to decide.

How finance works today in most companies
The team works hard, but structure is missing. The cost of that shows up in decisions.
The manager's time
Hours every week on reconciliations, entries and collections that do not lead to any decision.
Manual processes
Loose spreadsheets, late reconciliations and reliance on one or two people. When someone leaves, the process stops.
Late information
Numbers from weeks ago used to decide today, and a cash flow no one trusts.
The result: decisions made without the right information.
Reactive management
The company finds the problem after it happens and spends the month putting out fires.
Little predictability
Without reliable data, the cash projection becomes a guess and planning loses its value.
Risks no one sees
Interest, penalties and cash shortfalls appear when they already cost more than they would have.

About financial BPO
What is financial BPO and what is included?
Financial BPO is outsourcing the company's finance routine to a specialized partner. At P1P, it includes accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, cash flow, management reports and agreed SLAs, with the operation running on Nibo. The exact scope is set in the proposal.
How much does financial BPO cost?
It is a fixed monthly fee, based on the volume of the operation: number of entries, bank accounts and companies. Onboarding is billed separately. The price is presented in the proposal, after the assessment.
What is the difference between financial BPO and accounting?
Accounting handles tax and corporate obligations. Financial BPO handles day-to-day money management and the management view of results. The two work together, and your accountant keeps the tax side.
How does the free assessment work?
It is a 30-minute online meeting in which P1P reviews your finance operation and points out what needs to change, with no obligation to hire.
Do I need to change banks or systems?
No. The operation runs on Nibo, connected to your banks through Open Finance and integrated with ERPs and management systems.
How does access to my accounts work?
P1P uses read-only access and prepares the payments. Approval stays with you. Information is handled in line with the LGPD (Brazil's data protection law) and the confidentiality agreement.
