Privacy policy
Last updated: September 2026.
This policy explains how P1P Priority Partners (“P1P”) handles personal data received through this website, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018, LGPD) and, for anyone who accesses the site from the European Union or the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”). Use of the site is also governed by the Terms of use. This English version is provided for convenience; if there is any difference, the Portuguese version prevails.
1. Who the controller is
Haberlog Serviços Empresariais Ltda., trading as P1P Priority Partners, registered with the Brazilian company registry (CNPJ) under no. 10.637.898/0001-67, with its registered address at Rua São Francisco Xavier, 246, 306, Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro/RJ, CEP 20550-012 and offices at Rua México, 21, sala 602, Centro, Rio de Janeiro/RJ, postal code (CEP) 20031-144, is the controller of the personal data processed through this site.
2. What data we collect
Data you send us. Through the contact form: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp (optional), subject and the description of the challenge you write. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we also receive the information included in the conversation.
Technical data. As on any website, the hosting server logs technical access data (IP address, date and time, browser and page visited) for security and for the service to work.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data (art. 5, II, LGPD), and we ask that you do not include it in your message.
3. Cookies
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. This site currently stores no cookies: it uses no advertising, profiling or visitor analytics cookies, and no third-party tracking tools. The links to LinkedIn and WhatsApp only take you to those services when you click them, and from that point their policies apply.
| Type | Purpose | Requires consent? | Current use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | Site operation and security, such as keeping access to the client area | No (needed for the service requested) | None |
| Visitor analytics | Measure, in aggregate, how the site is used | Yes | None |
| Advertising and profiling | Ads and targeting | Yes | None, and we do not plan to use them |
If we start using any cookie that requires consent, this policy will be updated first, and a notice on the site will ask for your choice, with the options to accept and to decline shown equally. You will be able to change your choice at any time from the footer.
4. How we use the data
- To reply to your message and schedule conversations;
- To prepare an assessment or a proposal, if you ask for one;
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse, such as automated message submissions.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to send you advertising without your permission.
5. Legal basis
Processing is based on carrying out preliminary procedures related to a contract, at the data subject's request (art. 7, V, LGPD), and on P1P's legitimate interest in answering the requests it receives and keeping the site secure (art. 7, IX).
6. Who we share data with
Only with vendors that help run the site and our communications, and only as far as necessary: the site's hosting provider (Netlify), which receives the form messages, and the email and messaging services used by the P1P team. These vendors act as processors and handle the data according to P1P's instructions. We may also share data when required by law or by a competent authority.
7. International transfers
The hosting provider may store and process data on servers outside Brazil. This international transfer takes place with vendors that adopt security measures and contractual data protection commitments, under art. 33 of the LGPD.
8. How long we keep data
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle them. If no engagement follows, they are deleted within 12 months of the last contact. If an engagement follows, the data becomes subject to the contract and to the retention periods required by law. Technical access logs follow the period set by Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet, Lei nº 12.965/2014).
9. Security
The site only works over a secure connection (HTTPS), and access to the messages received is restricted to the P1P team members who handle them. If a security incident occurs that may create significant risk or harm, P1P will notify the affected data subjects and Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), as required by law.
10. Your rights
Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may request at any time: confirmation that we process your data; access to it; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law; portability; information about whom the data has been shared with; and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also file a complaint with the ANPD.
11. Visitors from the European Union (GDPR)
If you are in the European Union or the European Economic Area, the GDPR also applies to the processing of your data through this site. The legal bases are the same as described above: pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and P1P's legitimate interest in replying to your message and keeping the site secure (art. 6(1)(f)). You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection (arts. 15 to 21), and you may withdraw any consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before. Transfers outside the European Economic Area are made with vendors that adopt standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism (art. 46). You may also file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
12. Data protection officer and contact
Requests about privacy and your rights may be sent to P1P's data protection officer (Encarregado) by email at contato@p1p.com.br or by phone at +55 21 4042-8408.
13. Updates
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
