Why did margin drop last quarter?

What is a BI project?

It is the build of dashboards that bring company data (ERP, CRM, spreadsheets) into reliable, up-to-date metrics. At P1P, it includes a source assessment, a documented data model, Power BI dashboards, training and follow-up.

What is Binia?

It is P1P's tool for talking in natural language to any database or BI semantic model. You ask a question in plain language and get an answer with the company's numbers and the points that deserve attention.

How much does a BI project cost?

It depends on the number of data sources, metrics and dashboards. Fixed-scope projects can be paid in installments, and maintenance can be a monthly package. The price is presented in the proposal, after we understand the scope.

Do I need to have Power BI already?

No. P1P advises on the right licensing and offers P1P Vista, its own BI portal licensed per active user.

How long does the first dashboard take?

The timeline is set with you and depends on how your data is organized today.

Why do two reports show different numbers?

Almost always because each area calculates the metric in its own way. In the project, each metric gets a single documented definition, checked against the sources.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Access is controlled per user, and information is handled in line with the LGPD (Brazil's data protection law) and the confidentiality agreement.
